Xbox.com user K4rn4ge has uploaded a Youtube video to demonstrate a solution to get the Temple of Doom achievement with the following description -

"The Temples of Doom level can be a bit tricky, especially if you want to complete it without dying for the achievement. Took me a couple tries but I have perfected a good method for it. Keep in mind you don't have to get a gold time on it (I just did it quickly for fun

When I was going for it, I took my time and played it safe. Anyway, hope this video helps people get the achievement."
